TINY HOME

Small space, big dreams.

This 26ft home is a single-level with sleeping loft model that has a clean and simple design that helps the home feel spacious despite the compact floor plan. Unique design details like the oval window and square handmade ceramic tile add interest to an already beautiful aesthetic. Other things we love include engineered oak hardwood flooring, ceiling beam accents, bronze finishes, and large windows that allow in plenty of light and view of the surrounding scenery.

Where do you deliver?
All over rural BC—Kootenays, Cawston, Bowen Island, First Nations land, and remote locations. We’re set up for off-grid and tough-to-access sites.

How much is delivery?
Usually under $3,000 within BC. Nelson is ~$1,500. We quote based on distance and site access.

What kind of property do I need?
Ideally an acreage or flexible-zoning lot. Hookups to existing septic, water, or tanks are helpful.

Are utilities included?

  • Electrical: Wired, ready for local electrician hookup.

  • Plumbing: Fully plumbed, connects to septic or tanks.

  • Gas: Prepped for certified gas fitter connection.

Is the home certified?
Yes—NOAH certified (National Organization of Alternative Housing), widely accepted and great for insurance/resale.

Can I live in it year-round?
Yes! Built for four-season living. Just add skirting after delivery.

Washer/dryer included?
Not by default, but we can add a combo unit for $1,500.

Toilet type?
Standard flush included. Composting toilet upgrade available ($1,500).

Do you offer financing?
Working on it! In the meantime, clients use personal loans, HELOCs, or credit unions.

Help with permits/zoning?
We provide supporting docs—check with your local municipality or band office for land use rules.
