While actual construction normally takes six months or less, the ideal home can be years in the making and we're here to help you with the process.

Meet - Our approach to the design-build process begins with a meeting to see and discuss your vision and budget. We have an open discussion to be certain all parties understand the vision, entire process, and the end goal.

Design - Once we have your vision in place we create a detailed plan for your project. This includes floorplans, elevation drawings, design palettes, materials, and explanations of each area. This is your opportunity to provide us with feedback which will inform the project details and plans moving forward.

Estimate - Next we create a clear and accurate forecast of how much your building project will cost and how long the project will take. A contract is signed and the project is ready to begin.

Construction - Once the contract is approved, construction will begin and you will be continuously updated throughout the building process. Your input is important to us and we make it a priority at all stages of the project.  The build will be managed efficiently to ensure completion is on a timely manner.

Final Stages - During the final stages of the build, we help with any additional design and landscape ideas you wish to implement. Lastly and most importantly we strive for the highest level of client satisfaction throughout the process of creating your dream home.
