PENROSE: Modern Heritage
The Penrose project captures the art of contrast — a modern home softened by classic detailing and timeless materials. Clean architectural lines are grounded by white oak flooring and millwork, layered against creamy walls and soft arches that lend a sense of calm continuity throughout the space.
In the kitchen, rich charcoal cabinetry meets natural wood tones for a look that’s both grounded and refined. Brass accents add warmth and depth, balancing the cooler palette with a quiet touch of luxury. Oversized pendants, matte fixtures, and sculptural curves bring a sense of proportion and flow that ties each room together.
The bathrooms continue the same language of contrast — light and dark, curved and linear — with oak vanities, black stone accents, and arched niches that soften the geometry of modern design. Every detail was chosen to feel intentional and enduring.
The result is a home that bridges eras and moods: heritage structure, modern simplicity. It’s a study in warmth and restraint — a lived-in modernity that feels both current and timeless.
