PENROSE: Modern Heritage

The Penrose project captures the art of contrast, a modern home softened by classic detailing and timeless materials. Clean architectural lines are grounded by white oak flooring and millwork, layered against creamy walls and soft arches that lend a sense of calm continuity throughout the space.

In the kitchen, rich charcoal cabinetry meets natural wood tones for a look that’s both grounded and refined. Brass accents add warmth and depth, balancing the cooler palette with a quiet touch of luxury. Oversized pendants, matte fixtures, and sculptural curves bring a sense of proportion and flow that ties each room together.

The bathrooms continue the same language of contrast, light and dark, curved and linear, with oak vanities, black stone accents, and arched niches that soften the geometry of modern design. Every detail was chosen to feel intentional and enduring.

The result is a home that bridges eras and moods: heritage structure, modern simplicity. It’s a study in warmth and restraint, a lived-in modernity that feels both current and timeless.
